Modular Homes:  Built to the same ridged standards as any stick built house, except it is built in environmentally controlled conditions.    Homes are set on full foundations or a basement if you prefer.  Add a porch, a deck, or both if you desire. 

 Double Wide Manufactured:  Built to the National HUD standards.  Super homes with very reasonable prices and loads of options and floor plans.  Get the room you need for a price you can afford.
 

Single Wide Manufactured:  The standard for economical living.  Choose from a variety of lengths and widths, up to 16 feet.  There is a wide variety of offerings in sizes, number of baths, and number of bedrooms.
